This exercise is carried out by joining your hand together like you do while praying. It can be started by joining your hand and take them above your head. Now, take the joined hand down till your chest and raise them above your head again. Repeat this process for at least 30 times. The number of repetitions will also depend on your stamina.

The arm stretching:

It can be considered as the most common way to deal the fat that is stored in your arms. Arm starching can be done in different ways. You can do it without joining your hands or by joining them in different ways and starching in different directions. If you interlock the fingers of your hand and starch them, there is a chance of high muscle engagement.

For stretching arms, raise both of your hands above and interlock them with each other. Now, pull your right hand towards the left side and stretch as much as you can. Release it after some time. Now repeat the same process on the other hand as well and you will be able to feel the tension that will be created in your muscles. Repeat this exercise for 5 to 10 times.
